Just your average distance runner with an addiction to Pole Fitness, Ashtanga yoga, traveling, biking, swimming, cooking, knitting, writing…the list goes on! I began running in 2007, and ran my first marathon in 2008. Running often takes me all over the country as I’m slowly working towards running a marathon in each state and running a sub-3 hour marathon. Follow me to read random ramblings on races, my hobbies, and life in general.
Those yoga poses are amazing! How do you get into them? (serious question)
Your crow pose kills mine! Definitely something to aspire too (in addition to your speedy paces) 🙂
Thank you!! I saw your race times on your blog, you are just as speedy 🙂
So just read your PRs and I think you need to tell me your secret to a ridiculously fast marathon time!! Smokin’ girl! LOVE your blog!
LOL! Haven’t been able to touch that PR since last year though, I got a little bit close in Chicago last fall but no luck. So when I figure it out I will definitely let you know!😂😂
